The Visitors tab is a complete log of all visitors to a site(s). It provides access to any information collected about visitors during sign-in, such as the time they signed in or out, how long they stayed, who they visited, etc.
Filtering Records
Applying filters to your iLobby visitors list allows you to narrow down and sort the list based on specific criteria. This helps you quickly find the information you need and gain insights into your visitor data.
For example, you can filter visitors by date, visitor type, or site, making it easier to track and manage your visitor records effectively.
To quickly filter the list to show information for a specific visitor, host, or site, click on the visitor, host or site name in the list: this automatically applies the filter to your list.
For more detailed filter options, you can search the visitor log using the search bar, or access the filters panel using the instructions below:
How to Use the Filters Panel
1. To access the Filters Panel, click the icon the right-hand side of your visitor page, as highlighted below.
2. Set the filter values as desired, then click Apply Filter to apply the filter or Save Filter to save the filter for later. If you select Save Filter, you will be prompted to create a name for that filter.
3. To clear filters, click Reset to Defaults button in the bottom right corner of the Filters panel.
That's it! The Visitors tab is a quick and easy way to maintain and view all historical visitor records. For admin users seeking to add notes and report on visitation data see Managing Visitor Records. If you have any questions, please reach out to our team at support@ilobby.com, we're here to help!
