This article will walk you through adding or changing a custom logo for your iLobby kiosks.
Logos are managed at the site level, so if you need to change the logos at multiple sites, you will need to make the change in each site's configuration.
1. In VisitorOS, hit the Settings tab, then select Sites.
2. Select the site you are looking to manage.
3. Navigate to the Logo tab.
4. Upload your company logo to the Logo tab using the upload button, as shown below.
5. Click Save to save your new logo.
This logo will now appear on the main screen of the device and in invitation emails sent to pre-registered visitors.
When selecting a logo, a transparent image in .png format no smaller than 700x300 pixels is recommended. If desired, contact iLobby to request that the color theme be adjusted to reflect your logo colours.
