Use the Backgrounds tab to enhance your branding and customize the visitor's experience by adding images to be displayed behind the logo on the main screen of the device.
This article will walk you through adding or changing a custom logo for your iLobby kiosks.
Logos are managed at the site level, so if you need to change the logos at multiple sites, you will need to make the change in each site's configuration.
How To Configure Your Device Background
1. In VisitorOS, hit the Settings tab, then select Sites.
2. Select the site you are looking to manage.
3. Navigate to the Backgrounds tab.
4. Upload or drop your preferred image files into the blue box as shown below. You can upload just one image, or a group of images which will rotate periodically.
5. Click Save to save your new background.
Important Recommendations
High-resolution images (with a minimum resolution of 1024x768 pixels) are recommended for this feature for 9.7' iPads.
For 10.2' iPads, the resolution of images should be 11124x834.
High-resolution images 1366x1024 or 2732x2048 are recommended for 12.9' iPads.
