This article will explain how to view your user profile and change your password.
Every user with access to the iLobby Portal has a user profile, which is accessible via the "My Profile" button in both VisitorOS and FacilityOS. To access your user profile settings, click the drop-down menu with your name next to the grid icon, as shown below.
From the user profile page, you can:
- Reset your password: Type in your old password and then select a new one, as shown below, then hit Reset Password to confirm.
- Note: This feature is only accessible if your login credentials are managed by iLobby, and not by your organization's single-sign on (SSO) policy.
