Manage Parcels with iLobby Companion App

Editing Parcel Details:

Editing parcel details directly within the iLobby app brings a new level of efficiency to your team. Create fully populated and accurate records, add personalized messaging and effectively streamline your process to ensure notifications are delivered without delay.

  1. Begin by opening the companion application on your mobile device
  2. Once logged in open the main menu by selecting the  
     
     
  3. Select Scan & Edit Parcels 
     
     

  4. Scan the label. Once scanned, data pulled from the label will be conveniently populated into the Parcel Info form. Complete the form making any necessary edits or additions to the populated data in the below fields: 
  5. Recipient: Enter recipient’s name in the Search. 
    Note: Recipient must exist within the address book. 
     
     

  6. Carrier: Select / Edit  
    Note: Use Search if desired carrier is not listed 
     
      

  7. Tracking #: Add / Edit tracking number
  8. Notes: Add any notes for the recipient
  9. Select  

That’s it! Once submitted a notification will be delivered to the recipient advising they have a package available for pick-up. It's all about efficiency and convenience, right in the palm of your hand. Elevate your parcel management with our mobile app today!

 

Parcel Pick Up

Completing a parcel pick up using the iLobby companion app is a quick and easy process. Get started with your first pick up today!

  1. Begin by opening the companion application on your mobile device
  2. Once logged in open the main menu by selecting the  
     


  3. Select Parcel Pick Up 
     
     

  4. Enter the recipient’s name in the Search bar. 
     
     

  5. Select the recipient’s name
  6. A list of pending parcels awaiting pick up will populate 
     
  7. Select the to the left of the package the recipient is picking up. A check mark will be placed. 
     
    Note: Select the  to view the package details including any notes added.  
     

  8. Select  
  9. Draw Signature 
     
     
     

  10. Select

Once submitted, the record is instantly updated with all the pickup information, and your signature is securely attached to the record to be viewed in the DeliveryOS portal. Elevate your pickup experience with us today!
