Scan & Edit Parcels:
To get started with DeliveryOS begin by scanning your first package using the iLobby Companion application.
Note: Download the iLobby Companion APP (iLobby Visitor Registration ) on the Apple App Store or Google Play for free.
- Begin by opening the companion application on your mobile device

Once logged in open the main menu by selecting the

Select Scan & Edit Parcels

Scan the label.

Once scanned, data pulled from the label will be conveniently populated into the Parcel Info form. Complete the form making any necessary edits or additions to the populated data in the below fields:

Recipient: Enter recipient’s name in the Search.
Note: Recipient must exist within the address book.

Carrier: Select / Edit
Note: Use Search if desired carrier is not listed
- Tracking #: Add / Edit tracking number
- Notes: Add any notes for the recipient

Recipient: Enter recipient’s name in the Search.
That’s it! Once submitted a notification will be delivered to the recipient advising they have a package available for pick-up. It's all about efficiency and convenience, right in the palm of your hand. Elevate your parcel management with our mobile app today!
Viewing Parcel Pick Up Status in DeliveryOS Portal
- Start by logging in to FacilityOS
- Select

Under DeliveryOS select
- Select Deliveries

Select Parcels

The Deliveries listing page will capture the following data / options:
- Search Bar: Use the search bar to search by the recipient’s name or tracking number to find a specific parcel
- Select to refresh the deliveries listing page, capturing any changes made since last refresh
- Select to apply a filter to Deliveries listing
- Select to export Deliveries listing to a CSV document.
- Select to set Grid Settings determining which columns will be displayed in Deliveries listing
- Status: A or a tag will be displayed in this column noting if the recipient has picked up the package or if it is still awaiting pickup.
- Recipient Name: Name of recipient
- Date Received: Date the parcel was scanned using the iLobby Companion app
- Picked Up By: This field is populated with the recipient's name entered during the pickup process in the iLobby Companion app.
- Date Picked Up: This field is populated with the date when the pickup process was conducted with in the iLobby Companion app.
- Site Name: Populated with site information of user who completed parcel scanning in iLobby Companion app
- Carrier: Populated with information entered during parcel scanning in iLobby Companion app
- Tracking #: Populated with tracking number entered during parcel scanning in iLobby Companion app

Notes: Populated with any custom notes entered during parcel scanning in iLobby Companion app

Selecting the will populate additional menu items.
- Show Image: This will display the image taken when the package was scanned

Show Signature: This will display the signature provided when the package was picked up
Note: Packages Pending Pick Up will not display this menu option
- Delete: Option to delete record of package
Merging Delivery Records
Multiple deliveries can be merged into a single record if a parcel has been scanned more than once in error.
- On the Parcels listing page in DeliveryOS place a check mark by selecting the to the left of the parcels you wish to merge.
- Select to open the dropdown menu.

Select Merge

The Merge Windows screen will display the details of the two original parcel records and a Merge Result section. Under Merge Result select the under each field to set the package details you would like assigned to the merged record.
- Select Merge

A confirmation screen will populate prior to finalizing the merger. Select Merge to complete change. Once selected the records will be replaced by the record shown in the Merging Result section.
DeliveryOS Notifications
Automated DeliveryOS notifications are delivered to the recipient after a parcel has been scanned in the iLobby Companion app.
