Delivery notifications not delivered to recipient?

  1. View the parcel record in DeliveryOS portal, ensure a recipient was selected during initial scanning.  
     

     
    If no recipient was selected, select the blank recipient field, to edit the Recipient Name. Begin typing the name of the desired recipient, select recipient once populated. Select Save.  
     
    Note: When a recipient is updated in the portal a notification will not be sent to the recipient.  To trigger a notification the package must be deleted in the portal and re-scanned in the companion app. 
     
     

  2. View the parcel record in DeliveryOS portal, ensure a recipient was selected during initial scanning.  
     
     
     
    If the desired recipient was selected, instruct the recipient to check their email spam / junk folders.  
     
    Note: DeliveryOS notifications are sent in intervals of 30-minutes.

  3. Verify the recipient’s notification settings in the FacilityOS Address Book.
