VisitorOS Passes now available on Google Wallet
Product Tier: VisitorOS Corporate, Enhanced and VisitorOS Enterprise
Visitors can now seamlessly access and add VisitorOS passes into their Google Wallet. Google Wallet is available in three key scenarios:
- Employees Passes: Employees can effortlessly add their VisitorOS passes to Google Wallet for swift and convenient access.
- Pre-Registered Event Guests: Pre-registered event guests or pre-registered visitors can easily incorporate their QR code directly from the email invitation, streamlining the check-in process.
- Unregistered Event Guests: Visitors that aren’t required to pre-register can now add their VisitorOS passes, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
Assigning Users, Watchlists and Documents to All Sites
Product Tier: VisitorOS Corporate, VisitorOS Enhanced and VisitorOS Enterprise
Adding a new site currently doesn't automatically link Users, Watchlists, and Documents to it, which is crucial for proper functionality. Manually assigning each one, especially for multiple sites, is both cumbersome and error-prone. The introduction of an "assign to all sites" button simplifies this process for users.
Credential Issuance for Visitors without Email Addresses
Product Tier: SecurityOS Corporate – Hardware, SecurityOS Corporate – Integration
SecurityOS now supports those visitors that do not have an email address. Previously, credentials had to be emailed and could then be printed physically. Now, Admins can use “unknown-email@ilobby.com" for those visitors that do not have an email address making it easier and still secure for visitors to get access.
