Set validity period for legal documents for visitors

Users can now configure legal documents with specified validity periods in VisitorOS, allowing documents to expire based on designated 'From' and 'To' dates. The expiry information is conveniently displayed beneath the signed document, enhancing document management and compliance.

This update streamlines file handling in VisitorOS, providing a more user-friendly experience during export. Users receive notifications during the export process, and files are automatically downloaded through the browser upon completion. This enhancement improves workflow efficiency for larger files like CSV exports or legal documents.

The introduction of the "Manage Watch List: All WatchLists" permission in VisitorOS empowers users to oversee all watch lists across different sites. This feature enhances security and oversight capabilities, providing a centralized approach to watchlist management.

VisitorOS now offers improved dashboard usability during multi-day events. The 'expected today' list can be reordered by clicking 'Event Start Date,' simplifying the management of large event guest volumes and improving overall clarity in event planning.

EmergencyOS introduces distinct roles - Account Administrator, Site Administrator, Safety Officer - along with the flexibility to create unlimited custom roles. Users can efficiently manage and modify these roles within EmergencyOS, assigning access as needed. The Admin role is now split into Account Administrator and Site Administrator, offering specific access levels. FacilityOS roles are aligned with their EmergencyOS counterparts, ensuring consistency in role management. On the Roles page, users can view and edit existing roles, with assigned users and permissions categorized under Manage and Settings. 

 

Kronos Integration for Sign-In List Via Email

EmergencyOS now seamlessly integrates with Kronos time and attendance software, enabling the creation of a signed-in employee list. Through email integration, EmergencyOS utilizes up-to-date signed-in data from Kronos during mustering and emergency events. Key fields captured from Kronos include first name, last name, signed-in time, mobile phone number, email address, source, and synchronization time interval. This integration streamlines employee tracking and enhances response efficiency during emergencies.  
 

Configure & Manage RS2 and OpenPath in SecurityOS
