Migration of Employee Pass from VisitorOS to FacilityOS

The creation of employee sign-in passes has now moved from VisitorOS to FacilityOS. This allows anyone with the employee sign-in pass feature (note this is a paid add-on for Corporate and Enhanced tiers) to expedite kiosk sign-ins and use the self-sign-in feature on the portal or mobile app. The iLobby Technical Support team can enable or disable the use of the employee pass for sign-ins from the configuration page based on customer preferences.
Completing an evacuation at the kiosk

Users can now finish an evacuation from a kiosk by entering the pin number used to start the evacuation from VisitorOS. This enhancement eliminates the need to navigate to additional portals, providing a comprehensive solution at the kiosk for a streamlined and user-friendly experience.
Offline mode status updates

Offline mode has been introduced to enhance safety procedures in cases of temporary internet loss. Users can seamlessly respond and receive alerts even when offline, ensuring continuous functionality. The app supports manual status updates without any interruption to the end-user. A banner displays the following message when in offline mode: "Connection lost. You are working offline."
Sign-in source and last sync time

Two new columns have been added to the Signed In List section, Source and Last Synced. With these, Administrators and Safety Officers can now track the sign-in source identifying if it came from VisitorOS, a Time and Attendance system, or an Access Control system and the record’s sync time.
Configure and Manage Genetec in SecurityOS

Genetec is now listed as an available access control integration in the hardware settings for site details in SecurityOS simplifying site-specific configurations. Specifically:
· Users can set up access levels in SecurityOS aligned with Genetec's system components.
· Access Levels generated from the Genetec integration are displayed on the access levels grid with specific read-only attributes and descriptions.
