Product Tier

All tiers of VisitorOS, EmergencyOS, and SecurityOS

The creation of employee sign-in passes has now moved from VisitorOS to FacilityOS. This allows anyone with the employee sign-in pass feature (note this is a paid add-on for Corporate and Enhanced tiers) to expedite kiosk sign-ins and use the self-sign-in feature on the portal or mobile app. The iLobby Technical Support team can enable or disable the use of the employee pass for sign-ins from the configuration page based on customer preferences.
