This guide is meant for new users that want to log into the iLobby portal for the first time, as well as existing users that forgot their password.
Please note: You must have an existing user account in the system to use this feature.

The iLobby portal is used to configure the iLobby iPad app and track visitor activity in your facility.
If you were added to the iLobby portal as a user, you should have received an email that will allow you to set your password and gain access to the iLobby portal.
However, if you were added as a user but did not receive the email to set your password, you can get it re-sent to you via the “Help me Login!” button on the iLobby portal sign in page at Login - iLobby (goilobby.com):
Once you click on this button, you will be prompted to enter your email address.
If the email address exists in the iLobby account that you are trying to log into, you will receive an email that will allow you to set your password and log into the iLobby portal:
