Introduction
If you have chosen to purchase your own iPad to use with VisitorOS instead of one provided by FacilityOS, you must download and install the VisitorOS Kiosk app on the iPad manually.

App Installation
To install the VisitorOS app on the iPad, please take the following steps:
- On the iPad, go to the Apple App Store and search for "VisitorOS Kiosk", by AppGear. The app logo looks like this:
- Tap "Get" to download and install the app. Once it is finished installing, tap the app on your iPad's home screen to open it.
- Once the app is open, tap the "Use a Code" button and enter the 6-digit activation code provided to you by an FacilityOS staff member to activate your VisitorOS license:
And that's it! You have successfully installed the VisitorOS Kiosk app on your iPad and now have access to your pre-configured account!
