Below you will find a list of answers to frequently-asked questions about managing Sites in ContractorOS. 

 

What is a Document?

A document is a piece of information that a site requires all contractors to provide before entering the site to perform work. Examples of documents could be driver's licenses, first aid certificates or proof of instance documents.

 

How Do I Add or Edit a Document

During the ContractorOS Beta, the iLobby team will be responsible for adding and managing documents on your behalf. 

If you need to add a new document to your site or make changes to an existing document, please reach out to your ContractorOS Onboarding Team. 

 

What Is the "Tasks" Page?

The Tasks page is your inbox as the Site Administrator. When vendors and contractors submit documents, they are sent to your Tasks page, where you can review and approve submissions.

 

What Is The "Vendors" Page?

Vendors are companies that employ contractors. The Vendors page is where you can see all vendors who have been granted access to your site.

 

What Is The "Contactors" Page?

Contractors are the individual employees of vendors who have been granted access to your site. The Contractors page is where you can view a list of all contractors who have been granted access to your site.

 

What Is The "Documents" Page? 

The Documents page is where you can add and manage documents that will be sent to vendors and contractors for them to complete.

 

What Information Can My Vendors / Contractors See About Me As a Site Admin?

Vendors and Contractors within ContractorOS can only see the name of the site, as well as the name and basic contact information of the Site Administrator.
