Visitor badges can be reprinted whenever necessary from the iLobby VisitorOS portal Dashboard. This can be useful if your visitor did not receive a badge, or lost/damaged the badge that they were initially provided with.
To reprint a visitor badge, please take the following steps:
1. Go to https://login.facilityos.com/ and log in. When you have logged in, launch the VisitorOS module. Ensure that you are in the Dashboard section of the portal:
2. Once you are in the dashboard, find the record of the visitor that you would like to print a new badge for, and click the icon with the three dots on the right hand side of the record, and click "Re-print Badge":
3. Your iLobby badge printer will then print a new badge for the selected visitor.
