How to Invite a Contractor to Join Your Team on ContractorOS

In ContractorOS, a Contractor is an employee who is employed by a Vendor and assigned to work on a specific Site.

Here is a written guide explaining how to invite a Contractor to join your Vendor team on ContractorOS:

1. Login to ContractorOS using your Vendor account
2. Click Manage   > Contractors.
3. In the top-right corner, select Invite Contractor
4. You will see the Invite Contractor menu. Fill in the information requested on the next three screens to complete their account invitation:
   • Email address, name and phone number. You can also include a message for your contractor in the "send instructions" field.
     
     
     
     
   • Select the site that this Contractor will be assigned to.
     
     
     
     
   • Assign the tasks that the Contractor will need to complete in order to meet the compliance requirements for sites they will be required to work at.
     
     A task is usually a document that is required by a Site to prove that a Contractor is licensed and authorized to perform a certain type of work. 
     
     Remember, once you assign a task to a Contractor, it must be completed and approved by the Site Administrator in order for that Contractor to be considered compliant. 
     
     

All done! Your Contractor will now receive an invitation via email to register with ContractorOS and upload any documents required to complete their tasks.
