What Are Contractor Statuses?
A Contractor is considered Compliant in ContractorOS if all of their Contractor Tasks have been approved by a Site Administrator. Contractor's status is NOT affected by the status of their vendor.
Compliant: All Tasks assigned to the Contractor have been approved.
Non-Compliant: Not all Tasks assigned to the Contractor have been approved.
Note: Contractor statuses are specific to each site. It is possible for a Contractor to be Compliant for work at one site, while being Not Compliant for work at another Site within the same ContractorOS account. This is because each site has its own set of requirements (Tasks) which must be submitted and approved before a Contractor can be considered Compliant.
Why Is My Contractor Account Considered Not Compliant?
The most common reasons why Contractors are labelled as Not-Compliant include:
- Contractor Tasks rejected by the Site Administrator.
- Contractor Tasks not reviewed by the Site Administrator yet.
- Contractor Tasks not submitted to the Site Administrator for review by the Contractor.
