New FacilityOS Features

Bulk User Creation Now Available

Product Tier: Available for all users

Administrators can now add up to 100 users at once using the bulk user creation tool in FacilityOS. User profiles can be created directly from the FacilityOS Address Book to ensure accuracy.

Updated Workday Integration

Product Tier: Available for all FacilityOS users

We updated our Workday integration to enable automatic syncing of employee personal contact information from Workday to the FacilityOS Address Book every 24 hours. This ensures that employee contact information and site assignments are updated daily, which improves accuracy of data in VisitorOS and for EmergencyOS Mustering Lists.

New VisitorOS Features

Indonesian Language Support

Product Tier: Available for all VisitorOS Plans

Visitors can now sign in at the iLobby kiosk in Indonesian. Administrators can configure this for any site in their VisitorOS Site Settings, under the app languages setting.

New EmergencyOS Features

EmergencyOS Profile Testing Mode

Product Tier: Available on all EmergencyOS Plans

Safety Officers and Administrators now have access to a testing mode for Emergency Profiles. This testing mode allows for the testing of an Emergency Profile without impacting iLobby kiosks running VisitorOS, and notifications can be restricted to specified participants rather than being sent to all users.

EmergencyOS Mobile App

Product Tier: Available for all EmergencyOS Plans

EmergencyOS is now available via a standalone mobile app, rather than as a tab within the original iLobby mobile app. A standalone app for emergency management simplifies the process and ensures that Safety Officers and Administrators have a clear method to manage drills and live emergencies on-the-go.

Users will still have access to the EmergencyOS module within the iLobby app for now, but we will fully transition EmergencyOS to its own standalone app for all customers in the future.
