Introduction

iLobby officially announced the acquisition of SCLogic and rebranded the combined company as FacilityOS on March 4th, 2025. This change underscores our ongoing growth and reinforces our commitment to delivering the most comprehensive facility management solutions in the industry.

This article will cover some frequently asked questions about FacilityOS and what will change as a result of the rebranding.

 

General Questions & Answers

Q: What is FacilityOS?

FacilityOS is the new name for iLobby. It is also the name of our core platform, which includes modules for different components of facility management - such as VisitorOS for visitor management, EmergencyOS for emergency management, LogisticsOS for logistics and delivery management, and ContractorOS for contractor compliance.

 

Q: Will any web domains or URLs change as a result of the rebranding?

Yes, the website domains and associated URLs will change for FacilityOS and our modules. Please be sure to bookmark the following updated URLs for each module. 

 

Q: Will the email addresses of FacilityOS staff change?

Yes, FacilityOS staff email addresses will be changing in two ways.

  • The email domain will change to @facilityos.com from @ilobby.com
  • The email username format will switch to first initial and last name (i.e. jsmith@facilityOS.com) from the previously-used first name (dot) last initial (i.e. john.s@ilobby.com). 

 

Q: How can I get in touch with FacilityOS Support?

The best way to get in touch with FacilityOS Support is to email support@facilityOS.com

 

Q: Will the email address for automatically-generated notifications change?

VisitorOS sends automatically-generated notifications via email when certain actions take place, such as email notifications for hosts when a visitor arrives, or email notifications for event guests when they are invited.

At this time, the email address that these notifications are sent from is not changing. Event guests and hosts will still receive notifications from ilobby@ilobbycloud.com until further notice.

Hosts who use invite@ilobby.com to create events in VisitorOS directly from their calendar can still use this email address until further notice.

 

Q: Will the Companion App continue to work?

Yes, the mobile app will continue to work without any substantive changes. You may notice the app name and branding change, but all functionality will remain the same.

 

Finance Questions & Answers

Q: Are any legal entity names of the business changing? Are updates required to any vendor records on file, such as business registrations or tax forms?

No. There is no change to legal entity names, business registrations, or banking information. As a result, there is no need to request updates to vendor registrations, banking information, or tax forms (such as W9's).

For further clarity, the affected entities remain to operate as is: iLobby Corp., SCL Holdings, SCLogic LLC, and SCLogic AB.

 

Q: Who do I reach out to if I have questions related to billing, business registrations, or other matters related to making payments to iLobby Corp. or SCLogic?

If you were a customer being invoiced by iLobby Corp., you will continue to be invoiced by iLobby Corp. You may reach out to accountsreceivable@facilityos.com with any inquiries or information needed.

If you were a customer being invoiced by SCLogic Holdings, SCLogic LLC, or SCLogic AB, you will continue to be invoiced by SCLogic. You may reach out to accountsreceivable@sclogic.com with any inquiries or information needed.
